You Need To Be Flexible
The truth is, while you need some degree of flexibility to go practice the different asanas, you do not need to be next level flexible from the get-go. Flexibility comes with practice and a lot of dedication. We have already mentioned that yoga is an ongoing journey, and as such, you may not grasp it in the beginning. It is a way of getting to be aware of yourself and your body.
Following this thought, do not push yourself to take on hard poses if you are not yet in a position to, you will harm yourself. Take your time and slowly work your way up to more tricky asanas.
Yoga Is Glorified Stretching
